Phase 2 - Align & Design

Phase 1 was internal. You clarified your values — the real ones, from memory, not from a list. You mapped your story and saw the threads. You relearned what alignment and misalignment actually feel like in your body. You named the roles you carry and asked which ones are really yours. That's the ground. It's solid now. And we're going to build on it.

Phase 2 is where you start building outward. Designing. Structuring. And I want to talk about something that kept me stuck for a long time before we get into the tools. Something I think will resonate with a lot of you.

Lesson 2.1 — The Four Domain Audit

The four domain audit is diagnostic — like a current-state analysis in business architecture. Before you redesign anything, you need to see clearly where things stand. No judgment. No shame. Just data. Clear, honest, visual data that your mind can't argue with.

Lesson 2.2 — Energy Ledger

The energy ledger doesn't tell you to do less. That's not the point. Some people's lives are genuinely full and they love it. The point is clarity. Seeing clearly. You cannot redesign your energy allocation if you can't see the current allocation. And most of us have never looked — not honestly. We just run the pattern we inherited and wonder why we're exhausted by Wednesday.

Lesson 2.3 — Stakeholder Expectations Register

I spent years managing invisible expectations. Not the explicit ones — the ones written in job descriptions or spoken out loud. Those are straightforward. I'm talking about the ones that live in the space between people. The unspoken contracts. The things I assumed my partner needed from me that she'd never actually asked for. The things I assumed my boss expected that were never part of any conversation. The things I assumed my friends counted on — the roles I'd assigned myself in every relationship without ever checking whether anyone else saw it that way.

Lesson 2.4 — Values to Structure Bridge

Architecture isn't about building something impressive. It's about building something that holds. If you value it, build for it. Put a structure around it. Protect it. Otherwise, it's just a word.
